The MultiMedica Group has been active in the Italian healthcare sector since 1986 and is one of the leading organizations in the country’s private-accredited healthcare system.
Its network of hospitals and outpatient facilities includes 842 beds, 35 cribs, 60 dialysis stations, 305 outpatient clinics, 21 operating rooms, 1 Emergency Room, and 1 DEA Emergency Department (Department of Emergency, Urgency, and Admission).
Each year, MultiMedica performs more than 3.6 million outpatient services, 27,000 surgical procedures, and manages over 40,000 emergency visits.
The Group is nationally recognized for its excellence in the treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular, metabolic, and respiratory diseases, as well as in pediatric ophthalmology, maternal and child health, hand surgery, and breast care.

OUR FACILITIES
All hospital and healthcare facilities of the Group are accredited by the Lombardy Region, so every citizen can choose to access our services through the NHS or privately via insurance, funds, or out-of-pocket payment.
UNIVERSITY TEACHING CENTER
San Giuseppe Hospital also serves as a University Teaching Center for the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Milan. It hosts the Nursing Degree Program and the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Orthoptics.
MULTIMEDICA FOUNDATION ONLUS
The promotion of scientific research and professional training is entrusted to the MultiMedica Foundation Onlus.
CADAVER LAB
Within the Scientific and Technological Center, MultiMedica has created one of the most innovative spaces, both nationally and internationally, for the dissection and study of human anatomy. It is the first Cadaver Laboratory within a hospital group: a space where doctors can study, experiment, and refine surgical techniques.
