The MultiMedica Scientific and Technological Hub (STH) is a leading center for cardiovascular research, in Italy and internationally.

Across its 10,000 square meters in the southern area of Milan, at Via Fantoli 15/16, cutting-edge technologies and top-level scientific expertise come together to drive world-class research:

• Research laboratories of the IRCCS MultiMedica Sesto San Giovanni Hospital
• The MultiLab (MultiMedica’s Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathological Anatomy)
• The Cadaver Laboratory
• The Biobank

Our goals:

• To support and develop clinical and basic research projects aimed at preventing, alleviating, or curing cardiovascular diseases;
• To foster multidisciplinary collaboration between clinicians and researchers in order to translate research findings into real-world clinical applications;
• To encourage new ideas and creative applications across the various medical disciplines related to cardiovascular care;
• To train students, lab technicians, nurses, biologists, and physicians by providing resources for continuing education in cardiovascular medicine and other related fields.
