Data Protection
National and European regulations, beginning with the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018) and subsequently Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the GDPR, require the Data Controller to ensure a high level of data protection by adopting appropriate and compliant measures, with particular emphasis on accountability.
Our Organization, in consideration of the sensitive nature of the data processed and the scientific research activities we conduct, is required to ensure the protection of the personal data of patients, participants in clinical studies, and all those who make use of our services. Every day, we are committed to implementing and continuously enhancing appropriate technical and organizational security measures, in full compliance with the principles established by the GDPR, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and protection of the data processed.
Our daily commitment is reflected not only in the ongoing updating of security practices and staff training, but also in the adoption of technological tools, the periodic review of internal processes, and the implementation of control and monitoring procedures.
