Quality System
The MultiMedica Group has always been committed to continuous improvement and patient safety.
For MultiMedica, quality means fully meeting the expectations of patients and their families by providing appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic services to achieve the best possible clinical outcome.
To this end, the organization has chosen to adopt specific management tools such as ISO 9001 certification, Joint Commission accreditation (as part of the regional project), and Risk Management, which best support the achievement of these objectives.
The Quality and Clinical Risk Office of MultiMedica, in accordance with the directives of General Management, is primarily responsible for properly establishing the organizational management model and promoting a culture of quality at all levels.
The office provides the necessary assistance and consultancy to the relevant functions (Operational Units, Services, Offices, etc.) for the correct application of quality and safety regulations, ensuring, directly or indirectly, continuous training and education.
In coordination with other corporate functions (Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Risk Manager, Head of the Prevention and Protection Service), it conducts audits, collects and analyzes data using appropriate indicators, and assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, initiating, where necessary, appropriate corrective actions or improvement plans.
The clinical pathways and nursing documentation of the individual MultiMedica Operational Units, defined by healthcare personnel for the proper management of the main treated pathologies, are based on national and international standards of proven scientific evidence, in order to consistently ensure the best possible treatment outcomes for patients.
The Quality Office coordinates the various group-level projects by involving all key process managers, providing Management with an integrated tool for corporate management and clinical governance.
