Can I collect my report in person?

You may still choose to receive a printed copy of your medical report, which can be picked up at one of our facilities during the opening hours listed below

All reports, once signed by the physician, are uploaded to the Citizen’s Electronic Health Record (EHR), provided consent has been given for publication.

Reports must be collected in person by the patient, who will be required to present a valid ID and the report collection form at the time of pickup.
If the patient is unable to come in person, a trusted representative may collect the report on their behalf by completing the authorization section on the collection form.

Please note that if the medical report is not collected within 30 days from the date of the medical examination, the patient may be charged the full cost of the service (Art. 5, paragraph 8, Law 407 of December 29, 1990). This does not apply to reports that, due to their complexity, require more than 30 days to process.
