To minimize delays, we recommend booking as early as possible and having the following ready:

- A copy of the referral or prescription;
- Any specific medications required for the procedure (e.g., creams for dressings or infusion drugs, which must be provided and paid for by the patient).
HOW CAN I PAY?

- You may also be able to deduct the cost of the service from your personal income taxes, in accordance with current tax regulations.
- For reimbursable services, you’ll only pay for the home care service (the “nurse visit”), plus any copayment required by the National Health Service (NHS), unless you are exempt.

While processing times may vary depending on the type of exam and daily demand, reports are typically available within 24 to 48 hours after the service is completed.

Pre-admission tests, once completed, are valid for 30 days.
Depending on your health status and the complexity of the procedure, additional tests or consultations may be required. These may be conducted by phone (e.g., anesthesiology interview) or in person at the hospital within 48 hours prior to the procedure (e.g., COVID-19 molecular swab, chest X-ray, etc.).
